Energy Matcha Tea Bites

Raw Vegan Matcha Tea Bites
  • 200g of bio grated coconut (bio because its more oily)
  • 2-3 spoons of agave syrup
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • Lemon peel from ½ lemon
  • 2g of matcha tea
  • Filling: goji berries, kakao/chocolate, raspberries..
  1. Preparing coconut butter: Mix it untill you get liquid butter (approx. 10 minutes). This can be done with breaks to let your mixer rest a bit.
  2. Add matcha tea, lemon juice and peel, agave syrup and mix.
  3. Fill your form (or ice form) and add filling (goji, fruit).
  4. Let rest in the fridge, take out and store in the fridge
