Matcha Energy Balls


Ingredients:
  • 100g dried dates
  • 80g milled almonds
  • 50g grated coconut
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • Vanilla
  • Lemon juice
  • 2g matcha tea

Preparation:
Soak the dates in water for 30 minutes. Remove the water and mix the dates. Add the rest of ingredients a mix properly. Shape the dough into small balls and wrap into coconut / matcha tea powder or white chocolate. Enjoy!
