Matcha oreos

Matcha Oreos
Ingredients:
  • Dough
    • 2 cups of milled white flour
    • 1 cup of cacao
    • ¾ spoons of salt
    • 1 and ¼ of unsulted butter
    • ¾ cup of brown sugar
    • 1 spoon of vanilla extract
    • ½ spoon of almond extract
  • Filling
    • ¾ cup of unsulted butter
    • 1 and ¾ of milled sugar
    • 6g of matcha tea
    • ¾ tea spoons of vanilla extract
    • bit of salt

Preparation:
  1. Heat up the oven – 160 degrees
  2. Prepare two big oven pans with baking paper
  3. Mix together the flour, cacao and salt
  4. In a mixer, mix butter and sugar and add extracts
  5. Add the dried mixture (flour, cacao, sugar)
  6. Prepare a layer from the dough, start cutting of small round (aprox. 5cm) circles
  7. Put circles on the pan and bake for approx. 30 minutes
  8. Let them cool down
  9.  Mix together all the ingredients for filling
  10.  Start to fill the cookies. Tip – use the decor bag on 1 cookie and close with another
  11.  Let rest in the fridge and store in the fridge
  12.  Enjoy
